Jim began his career 24 years ago, starting directly in the recycling equipment industry. In 2004 he created a new company, BaleForce Recycling Equipment Inc. Jim was responsible for all aspects ranging from Sales, Service, installation of equipment and the daily operation.
In 2016 after 12 years as the owner, Jim decided that it was time for a new chapter in his career. Jim sold BaleForce and stayed on as President. BaleForce used Ready as an equipment installer over those years and Jim built a strong relationship with the team at Ready. The two companies would work side by side on daily operations and larger projects. With his knowledge and relationship with Ready Machinery he was instrumental in the purchase of Ready Machinery Movers in 2018. Jim accepted the additional role of President of Ready Machinery Movers.
Jim is ‘All In’ in moving Ready Machinery & Equipment (Canada) Inc forward to grow and expand it’s business portfolio, keeping Safety as the NUMBERONE Priority.
When Jim is not deep in work his priority is his Wife Kimberly and the success of his two teenage children.
